1. Delivery Time
The delivery time for standard shipments within Germany is up to 48–72 hours, within the European Union up to 7 working days, and to countries outside the European Union up to 7–10 working days. The delivery period begins for payment methods such as invoice and cash on delivery upon receipt of the order confirmation by the customer. For advance payment, the period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank. These delivery times apply to orders received before 11:00 a.m. (CET).
Delivery times for international shipments are subject to prompt customs clearance in the destination country. Force majeure or operational disruptions affecting the seller or its suppliers (e.g. riots, strikes, or lockouts), which temporarily prevent delivery without fault of the seller, will extend the delivery period by the duration of such disruptions.
2. Logistics Partner
The ordered items are packed as quickly as possible and handed over to our logistics partner UPS for shipment. Please note that we have no control over delays caused by UPS.
3. Shipment Tracking
Using your parcel identification number / tracking number, you can check the current status of your shipment at any time at www.ups.de. Further information on tracking can be found in your shipping confirmation email or obtained from our customer service by phone.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping lighters internationally is only possible with increased shipping costs. If, for technical or logistical reasons, a shipment is made in multiple stages, the shipping charge will of course only be applied once.
5. General Delivery Conditions
Delivery is agreed "ex works Mannheim, Germany" unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation. Delivery is always at the risk and expense of the recipient. Unless otherwise agreed, we reserve the right to choose the method of transportation. Any applicable import duties must be borne by the customer.
